Description Of Incident: Original call for a fight with a victim down in the hallway of an apartment building. 3rd PCT unit rpts (4) victims down, (2) unconcious, (1) semi-concious/difficulty breathing. Empress with a delayed response. Another person involved later a walk-in to St. John's Hospital with stab wounds.
