Location: Taconic Parkway southbound X Baldwin Road Exit Ramp

Units Operating: Yorktown, Mohegan Lake; NYSP; Stat Flight Air 2

Description Of Incident: Minivan into rock outcropping on the ramp. (1) male transported to WCMC by Air 2.
