Time: 1900hrs

Location: Kirkwood City Hall, Council Chambers

Description: Disgruntal Male entered council chambers at start of meeting and shot (7) people- including (2) Police Officers, (2) Council people, The Mayor, (1) news reporter and the head of Public Works. The Mayor and news reporter survived.
