What is the pay like at empress for a new EMT? Do they have per-diem?

Empress does have per diem EMTs, however they tend not to hire new EMT's as such.

Empress pays something like $12/hour for EMTs.

Also, look into Transcare and Westchester EMS as far as commercial services go.
