We have just started a Health And Welfare forum, that can be found under the Information Exchange Section on the main page of this forum.

This forum will focus on health and welfare of Emergency Services Personel, including exchanging healthy recipes, excercise and physical training ideas, etc. This forum will have an emphasis on living a healthy lifestyle while working in a stressful career
