Description Of Incident: Fire in a 50X50 frame multi-unit dwelling of a condo complex.

1458hrs- Nanuet and West Nyack dispatched for fire in an apartment (20 or 21) with residents evacuating the building.

1500hrs- 8-Command transmitting Signal 12. M/A Engine and Truck.

1501hrs- New City 9-Tanker and Pearl River Truck to scene.

1503hrs- Rockland Car 44-1, 44-2 enroute.

1504hrs- New City 9-Tanker, 9-2, 9-6 responding.

1509hrs- 8-Tower on location. 9-Tanker to hit hydrant.

1509hrs- Command pulling all units out of building due to roof collapse.

1515hrs- Setting up 8-Tower in the rear and 12-Tower on the side of the building. Heavy fire throughout the 2nd floor with major collapse of the roof.

1523hrs- M/A Orangeburg 11-EQ to scene.

1530hrs- Heavy fire is K/D. (2) Tower Ladders and mutiple handlines in operation.

1600hrs- All co's still working hitting pockets of fire and opening up.
