08:42 TFD E-79 and E-80 dispatched to Green St for report of a worker fell in a manhole or trench collapse, PD unsure

approx 08:45 Car 2462 requests L-37 to the scene.

Pt in care of GPD EMS, TVAC, and TFD.

Pt removed from trench using stokes basket which was attached to a pulley on L-37.

TVAC transported to WCMC by TVAC.

All units clear at 09:29
