Jimmy Boy Update 11/24/04

Okay this has been a tough 2 days for him, Jimmy had his second treatment Tuesday morning when we got him back to our Condo he seemed ok, about 11:30 or so he seemed to get a fever so we called the doctor at proton and we took him to the ER at Loma Lind a where he was very restless he was developing a rash on his face , arms and chest so they drew bloods to check for infections they gave benadryl and that seemed to help rash fever was still up around 101.6 his heart rate was up as well , he had a ct scan with and without contrast and that showed blood in the brain fluid but it was not bleeding know so that floored us I hadnt felt that bad since the original diagnose. But anyways they took him up to a room gave him some antibiotics and some adavan to calm him down and that really straightned him out quick.He is getting antibiotic still his fever is normal his Heart rate is Great as are all his stats know so I dont know if he will be home for THanksgiving or in Hospital but he seems to be improving I guess one small step at a time. I'm sorry to hear of the latest setback, but it's only a small obstacle I think in the path to the great treatment modalities they have at Loma Linda. I hope JimmyBoy is doing better today, and that you guys are OK out there.
