Zero Tolerance For "Bullies"

Members-

As some of you may know based on the PM's and emails I have been recieving, this forums has been having an issue with "bullies", as many of you are using that term.

Any member who discount's another thoughts, views, or opinions as invalid, or attacks them for their comments, and/or takes it to a personal level, will be banned from posting after one warning.

We want to encourage EVERYONE to feel free to post, ask questions, and share their thoughts and views without being afraid of another member attacking them. Any member who does that is not welcome here. If you don't agree with someone, counter their comments with a mature, factual, and rational response. Remember, please treat our conversations here as if you were in the same room with that person talking to them face-to-face. Things will get heated at times, but please also take into account we all come from different backgrounds, levels of experience, etc.
