Location: 9 Thompson Street, between North Hamilton St. and North Clinton St.

Frequency: City 911: 453.650, 458.5375 DC911: 453.900 (Dispatch), 453.925 (Response)

Units Operating: City of Pk. E1, 2, 3, L1, TL2, x129K, Fairview 41-11 (w/FAST), Arlington 32-15, Highland 31-10, Roosevelt 63-12, 63-45

Description Of Incident: Working structure fire

Upon initial dispatch (missed the time), City 911 advising they had received only one call about this (at that moment), the female caller was reported to be hysterical, but was evacuating the building at that time.

1917hrs - 10-75 transmitted, 9 Thompson Street

1918hrs - Fairview w/FAST requested

1919hrs - Fairview 41-11 responding

1921hrs - Car 2 responding, City 911 requesting Car 2 to landline dispatch

1922hrs - Car 10 reporting heavy fire in rear of 1st floor, of a 2 story wood frame, (2) l/s/o

1923hrs - Fairview on scene

1927hrs - Command reporting fully involved 1st floor

1928hrs - Car 2 on air requesting 2nd alarm, City 911 dispatching 2nd Alarm

1929hrs - Car 2 requesting 3rd alarm to cover stations

1930hrs - City 911 transmitting 3rd alarm

1932hrs - DC911 on intercounty requesting Highland 31-10 to go on s/b for City

1933hrs - DC911 transmitting m/a tones for Arlington and Roosevelt, 32-15 to Hooker Ave, 63-12 & 63-45 to relocate to St. 2

1934hrs - Car 2 requesting CHG&E to the scene

1934hrs - DC911 to Fairview, 10-35 requested to the fire station

1936hrs - City 911 to Car 2, attempting to make contact with water plant, CHG&E has been advised, with no ETA

1937hrs - Car 2 switching over to College Hill to give update - main body of fire knocked down, doing search on 2nd floor, questionable report of 2 people in the building

1939hrs - Arlington 32-15 responding

1940hrs - Roosevelt 63-45 to City 911, now responding to relocate

1941hrs - DC911, Roosevelt 63-45, 2nd dispatch to relocate

1941hrs - Car 2 to City 911, primary search is negative

1944hrs - Arlington to City 911, relocated

1945hrs - Highland to City 911, now relocating

1945hrs - Roosevelt 63-12 is now relocated

1946hrs - DC911 to Roosevelt 63-12 and -45, there is now a FF en-route to Main St. station to open it up for you

1949hrs - Highland is relocated to Clover St.

1950hrs - Roosevelt is 10-5

1951hrs - Car 2 to 911, any response from any fire inspectors? Negative per City 911

1953hrs - City 911 reporting Car 11 and 14 are both en route

2015hrs - Car 14 on scene

2028hrs - City 911 to Roosevelt 63-12 and Alamo for an unconscious person, possible cardiac arrest, IFO 3655 Mansion St. attempting CPR instructions, uncooperative caller

2029hrs - Alamo Medic 30, Roosevelt 63-12 responding, just to advise, highly uncooperative caller, caller hung up after stating there are CPR trained people on scene

2030hrs - Roosevelt and Alamo 10-5

2032hrs - Roosevelt 63-1 to City 911, asking if a PD car is responding to the EMS call, 911 states affirmative

2044hrs - Roosevelt 63-45, Fairview released by command, back in service

2051hrs - Car 2 to 911, asking to try and get a hold of the Building Inspector to come to the scene again

2055hrs - Car 2 to 911, put Engine 3 in service also. Highland 31-10 returning

2056hrs - Car 2, you can also release Arlington
