Description Of Incident: R/C 210 (2ND PCT SGT.) traveling on Yonkers avenue was cut off by a vehicle attempting to get into the Empire Casino Raceway, at which time a serious collision occured. YPD Sgt. was able to self extricate through a passenger side window and check on the other vehicle involved. Both Sgt. and other occupant were treated by ESU and Empress and transported to area hospitals with injuries. CIU & SOD on scene processing accident scene.
