Description Of Incident: Male riding on roof of Metro North Train from Grand Central Station to Pelham. Male was shocked by between 11,000 and 14,000 volts and had his clothes reportedly catch fire. Units had to wait for Metro North to cut the power before making patient contact. Victim transported with life-threatening injuries.
