1230hrs- B-41 transmitting 2nd Alarm for fire in a 3.5-story 40X60 Queen Anne frame P/D.

2nd Alarm: E-255, 250, 257, 280, 284/S-3; L-122, 157; B-33 (Safety), 38 (RUL); Rescue B/c, Safety B/C; Field Com, TAC #2

1240hrs- Div. 15 rpts fire in the basement with extension to the 1st and 2nd floors. (3) L/S/O.

1252hrs- Div. 15 rpts heavy fire on all floors. All members removed from the building and setting up Tower Ladders.

1256hrs- Div. 15 S/C Tower Ladder.

1300hrs- Div. 15 rpts (1) Tower Ladder in operation, setting up a 2nd Tower Ladder. Searches delayed due to heavy fire.

1337hrs- (2) Lines going back inside the building. Shutting down the Tower Ladders.

1407hrs- Div. 15 transmitting 3rd Alarm for relief with S/C a 95-foot Tower Ladder on the assignment
