Techie's I need help/insight

5 posts in this topic

Hola gang. I'm trying to find out if any of you know what program(s) are used to make online computer answer sheets for tests, much like the one you take to get IS-100 certification from FEMA. Or if anyone has another simple way to do it with your traditional programs available like MS Word or Powerpoint.

To keep it simple, I want to use some existing powerpoints for on shift personnel to view, and then be able to take a test when they are done viewing it. Awesome would be that I would get the test score already done, or hapiness is the answers could be saved and either viewed by me or emailed back. This is to be able to deliver some group training while members are in station and temperature and weather conditions prohibit apparatus from being on the road.

Well, you can do it with MS Word and save it as PDF. How exactly are you looking to lay this out?

It depends how your trying to lay it out, because you can even use Microsoft Excel, I've used that a couple times for things like that. Then depending how you were grading the test you even had the ability to determine how many people got what question wrong and tally it. Or like Goose said you can use Microsoft word, insert a graph/chart, and save it as a PDF after inserting all your data.
