That is a misuse of the county numbering system and can create confusion. M for member would be a better choice.

Usually in a FD like UV with two stations, you'd have your station number as the first digit, i.e 67-157.

Other departments issue man numbers but do not add the department number in front of it. Also man numbers should be higher that anything that coincides with apparatus.

Well, for example, a member of AFD St. 5 would be 32-5XX. The 2nd Lt. at St. 5 would be 32-L52. It should always be 3 digits (or have a letter i.e. 32-C5 for Captain) as to not be confused with apparatus.
