Description Of Incident: Chemical reaction caused explosion and spill of 30 gallons of an oxidizer type chemical on the 45th floor of multiple story office building ,fulll evacuation of 42-45th floors of building via stairway. Hazmat crews isolating affected area. Chemical reaction and subsequent explosion possibly due to equipment failure. The building houses Fox News Channel and the New York Post, amongst numerous other companies. 1 injury reported ATT.
