Description: Worker fell from 3 1/2 stores from a bucket truck while changing lightbulbs in a sign on the side of a motel.

Units Operating

EMS Captain 308 in MEDIC 5 first on scene and advised to check flight status, EMS units LA-22 & LA-26 responding along with Life*Net Kentucky 1 for scene flight to University of Kentucky Trauma Center. DPS assisting with LZ and scene control.
