1609hrs- (1) line going into each dwelling. B-51 (Safety), 53 (RUL), TAC #2, Field Com, Safety B/C, Rescue B/C, Squad 288, R-4 all assigned.

1612hrs- B-51 is on scene, re-designated the 10-75 B/C.

1615hrs- B-50 rpts (3) L/S/O, fire K/D on 2nd floor of original fire building. (1) L/S/O in exposure, knocking down the fire. S/C extra Truck to scene. D/W/H.

1629hrs- Div. 13 rpts (5) L/S, (4) in operation. Making good progress. D/W/H.
