Description Of Incident: 3 story wdfrm duplex, fully involved upon arrival of first companies, located on a narrow dead-end road. Somerville PD rescued numerous civilians prior to SFD arrival. Witnesses reported hearing an explosion of some sort prior to the fire. Partial collapse of the structure in the rear. Water pressure problems reported. ATT no casualties reported.
