Westchester EMS Opening-Dispatch Supervisor

Westchester EMS is looking for an experienced Dispatch Supervisor to oversee daily operations for a secondary PSAP in Westchester County.  The communications center provides services to a fire district and an EMS agency which handles a combined call volume of 10,000 calls annually.  The successful candidate will have 5 years dispatch experience and at least 1-2 years experience as a supervisor.  The position requires an ability to schedule staff, develop and enforce communication center policies and be the liaison to multiple outside agencies.  Outstanding customer service skills required.
