Norwalk to hire civilian Communications Director

The City of Norwalk is currently putting together a job discription and announcement for the position of Public Safety Communications Supervisor. We were lucky enough to have had Joe Higgins (Former FDNY Communications Director) for a while, but apparently our powers that be did not like his vision for the future, which by all accounts was a good one.
