2130 hrs. - 2301 req. 1 Eng. & 1 Lad. mutual aid to cover

2138 hrs. - 60 Control advising 2301 that FDMV has 1 & 1 to cover (E6/L2)at Station 1

2139 hrs. - 2302 reporting approx. 6 patients, req. 1 addt'l ambulance

2141 hrs. - Eastchester VAC 57B2 to the scene

2143 hrs. - LMVAC 66A1 to the scene

2147 hrs. - 2301 advising fire knocked down, problems evacuating residents due to smoke condition, using full 2nd alarm assignment

2208 hrs. - 2301 placing fire under control, total of 3 patients transported
