Problems With A RAZR Cell Phone

8 posts in this topic

I have a RAZR from verizon wireless, and the screen has issues..... when i open up the phone, i have a blank white screen, and on the outside i have only a blank white screen. Occasionaly the screen will work, but mostly not. Has anyone else had this problem, and if so do you know how/ where i can get it fixed?

Yes go to Verizon. You can bring the phone to them and they will trouble shoot it. When you go back and they tell you your phone is defective they will sell you another phone

(same style) for $50 or so. I know cause Ijust had issues with my phone.

It's an issue that only Motorola can fix, but expect to be charged for it.

I'd say drive over it with your car and go get a new one.

There shouldn't be any charge if you have had it for less than 1 year.

If you have had the phone for less than 1 year then call Verizon and ask for it to be replaced through the manufacturer's warranty. If you have insurance on the phone then it would cost $50 through Verizon. If neither of these apply then ask Santa for a new one because repairs would cost more than the value of the phone itself.

I just had this issue and I don't pay for insurance from verizon, it was $50 for a "new phone". The phone may have been a refurb but who cares, why pay for insurance?

I agree...the RAZR was not a reliable phone...if your like me, buy the cheapest phone out there. I haven't found one yet that is very durable.
