White Sedan lost controle while turning corner comming from Chappaqua, Vehicle left road way strikeing trees on both left and right sides of vehicle as well as a large rock. vehicle became airborn and landed on the passenger side front tire, flipping vehicle into a parked black pickup truck. Both vehicles came to rest in the driveway of residence; the white sedan on its roof contacting the black pickup trucks drivers side front bumper and fender.

2 Of the White sedans 3 occupants where able to extracate them selves while the driver was pinned by his right foot and chest. the Driver right leg/foot was pinned between the transmission tunnel and the left kick panel caused by an impact to the drivers side wheel causing it to intrude into the passanger compartment. the driver's chest was pinned between the steering wheel and the vehicle's roof. the driver came to rest on the roof of the car; facing perpendicular to the drivers window. Driver Had numurous lacerations to the arms and back of the head as well as a closed left femur fracture.

The way in which the PT was pinned was extreamly challenging because there was not enough room to work with tools in the vehicle and use of tools to cut away undercarage of vehicle caused to much movement and pain to PT. the location of the black pickup truck added to chalanges because C-Spine Immobileization required an EMT to lay on the ground with much of his body under the truck and attemps to move the truck where deamed too dangerous for the EMT and PT.

The Driver is in stable conditon and is being treated for his injuries. He and his family thank the Pleasantville Fire Department as well as the Pleasantville Ambulance Corps for their assistance.
