Location: Madison St.

Departments: Annapolis PD, Maryland State Police (Medivac)

Description: Annapolis SWAT executing a narcotics warrant fired upon by suspect as team made entry into an apartment. Suspect was shot and killed by other officers. Victim flown to Shock Trauma in Baltimore by MSP, critical but stable.
