Its an E-One Bronto Sky Lift. Clearwater Florida has one its something like 110' feet with a break at about 40 feet to the bucket that can rotate and pivot. I didn't know that FDNY had one?

Ok, I know the Bronto model, I have seen Verplank's before. I just didn't see the bucket the first time I looked.

I am thinking that the Bronto in the video was seen in the E-One/Saulsbury shop, and not Fleet Services @ FDNY.
