Description Of Incident: Triple decker, fire originated on floor 1 in the front from an electrical short circuit. Oxygen tanks on floor 1 exploded sending heavy fire out the front of the building and up the front porches. Heavy fire all floors and in the cockloft. Many rescues made prior to our arrival. Report came in as receiving calls, Car 8 struck a 2nd Alarm on arrival as the entire front of the building was engulfed. 16 people injured, 3 firefighters treated at area hospitals. FR Renard Miller (Car 800) saved a 2yr old from floor 3.
