Sheriff's lieutenant indicted on 4 felony counts

Goshen — An Orange County sheriff's lieutenant accused of selling civilian guns from a storage room he supervised was charged with four felonies and five misdemeanors in an indictment unsealed today.

The indictment has been expected since Lt. Lloyd Kurth turned down a prosecutor's offer to plead guilty to a single misdemeanor count of official misconduct.
