Description Of Incident: Detectives reqesuting assistance on a rape suspect in the area of Concord Road. Suspect vehicle located and confirmation made that the suspect was inside his residence with a female inside. ESU requested and suspect was later placed into custody by ESU and turned over to detectives without incident.
