Description: PD responding to a confirmed shooting on the 1500 block of Sansome St located a suspect who shot a Philly Officer in the shoulder while fleeing. Two suspects were then chased to the Schuylkill River off Locust St and jumped into the river. One suspect was removed by PD and the suspected shooter was pulled DOA from the river early 10/31. The Officer is listed in stable condition.
