0815 Hours- DC-911 dispatched West Clinton and NDP for above

0819 Hours- NYSP Advise occupant is a 73 yof out of vehicle requesting ETA for EMS

0824 Hours- West Clinton Cmd requesting NDP to expidite patient was in pond for approximately two hours

0919 Hours NYSP advise one patient transported ALS to Saints by West Clinton and all other units are clear of scene
