Those working with the new trunked system, how do you like it?

Checking up on the IA's i noticed that hawthorn was working on Fire and EMS 11, I had no idea that the system was operational yet....mostly because I'm 1000 miles away.

How do those who are working with it right now like the system? any pro's con's and what nots?
