Description Of Incident: A tractor trailer travelling northbound on the Hutch struck the King Street bridge at the state line. Trailer ended up resting on center divider closing both sides of the parkway. Vehicles were rerouted around incident off the exits. Trailer was a refrigerated unit resulting in a fuel spill. The trailer was carrying fresh cut flowers.
