1718hrs- 2nd Ambulance req. from Somrs VAC.

1720hrs- 3rd Ambulance requested from Somers VAC. E-180 responding for LZ. Re-tone foor manpower to standby at Lincolndale firehouse.

1722hrs- CMD reporting LZ will be at Rt. 35 X Rt. 100

1724hrs- M/A (1) ambulance T/S.

1731hrs- Req. Fire-Police to LZ for traffic. 6 Min. ETA on Stat Flight.

Both 45Medic2 and 3 worked the scene. Command was 2442. 2 rigs from SFD with 1 M/A from KBHVAC. Empire State Ambulance happened by the scene and offered assistance but did not transport. 3 patients in total...2 and 1. All went to WMC, 2 by ground for mechanism and various injuries, 1 by STAT-Flight with lower extremity trauma. Extrication of driver door on struck vehicle performed rapidly by SFD with the tools. In the process of working this call another call went out for a patient who flipped his Quad and has a possible open fracture. 45Medic1 and third Somers ambulance reponded while NSVAC put on standby in Lincolndale firehouse.

Yes it was first car vs. pedestrian who was statflighted second seriouse head on with extrication with one statflighted and third seriouse arm injury due to a go-kart roll over.

Excellent Job by all involved in all 3 incidents. The accident on 100 went soooooo smooth!!!

Training and Teamwork has proven itself again.
