Description Of Incident: Two fully involved tractor trailers - accident with fire.

1335 hrs. - E24 Dispatched to City Park to pick up a hydrant and lay onto the exit ramp

1344 hrs. - Mamaroneck Town FD req 1 eng. to the scene

1349 hrs. - 2301 reports 4 NRFD Engines & 1 Mamaroneck Twn. Eng. operating, using foam due to water supply issues, currently operating off tank water

1358 hrs. - 2301 reports fire knocked down

1401 hrs. - 2301 req. notification to the Health Dept, DEC & US Coast Guard of a diesel spill into storm drain & notify Larchmont FD to check stream I/A/O Tony's Nursery on Boston Post Rd.

1411 - 2301 requesting Mamaroneck Village FD be notified that the two truck are being towed into their district in about 20 mins, to complete extinguishment.

1412 hrs. - LFD has foam & product in the stream
