Description Of Incident: Cell phone call to USCG Sector New York of a vessel taking on water north of the Tappan Zee Bridge, east side. WCPD Aviation located the vessel off the lighthouse and directed incoming units. Boat was without power and near the rocks, taken in tow to Tarrytown Marina by WCPD Marine #4 with escort.
