Units Operating: CT Encon Police, CSP, DEP, numerous NFVFD w/ Squantz Ambulance and Medic 1

Description Of Incident: (1) patient missing underwater for 10 minutes before dispatch. DEP personnel found victim, brought to shore, and began CPR. Victim transported to Danbury Hospital by Squantz Ambulance where he was pronounced dead.

I'll post whatever fallout this incident has in the additional information thread, as I'm sure the First Selectman will have alot to say over this, being its the 3rd drowning there this summer, and DEP promised increased protection at the pond.
