A. get them to be a "victim" and lay down on a backboard, cinch em' up nice and tight, and tie a rope to the end and hang them from the rack. or, you could just hide around the corner and wait for them to go to the bathroom, and fill the stall with high volume foam...

A: Give the new firefighter a line with a cellar nozzle attached and tell them its an old style fog nozzle....than stand back with a camera and watch the waterworks!!
