TOWN OF GUILFORD

All applicants are required to submit with their application, the following documentation:

1. Copy of State of Connecticut EMT-A or EMT-P card w/medical control thru New Haven Sponsor Hospital Program with minimum 3 years experience or equivalent.

2. Copy of valid State of Connecticut Driver’s License 2Q level

3. Copy of State of Connecticut Firefighter I Certification

4. Documentation as current Interior Firefighter

5. Copy of High School Diploma or GED

6. *Copy of State of Connecticut CPAT Certification (current w/in last two years).

* Applicants are advised that due to current CPAT Testing schedules, CPAT Certifications only, will need to be submitted on or before December 1, 2004 to complete the application package.

Job descriptions and applications are available from the Selectmen's Office, 31 Park Street, Guilford CT and must be returned to the First Selectman's Office no later than 4:30 p.m. on October 29, 2004. The Town is an AA/EOE.
