1630 - Reports of fire in the 17th floor of said structure. Also known as Deutsche Bank Building.

1705 - 3rd alarm transmitted with "mayday" call. Signal changed to 10-66. (EMTb TBendick 10-66 explanation Post 5/24/07)

1712 - 4th Alarm transmitted. (Unsure which alarm covered the 10-66 which gets special response)

1728 - Fall back step 3.

1811 - 5th Alarm transmitted.

1909 - 6th Alarm transmitted.

1943 - 7th Alarm transmitted.
