SPCA Charger

i was driving around a couple days ago and saw a brand new dodge charger fitted out with lights and had spca written across the side, i unfortunatly didn't have my camera ready to take a picture but if anyone else does that would be excellent, also while, i remember this being discussed previously but what rights does an spca officer have? what about driving with lights and sirens are they like cops where you have to pull over or are their lights just courtesy so to say?

STATE LAW you must yield the right of way to an emergency vehicle, with that being said it's not up to

us to judge who is who or what agency or why they are going lights and siren.

SPCA are Peace Officers, they have arrest powers while on duty.
