Description Of Incident: Reports of multiple shots fired area of Fleming field, call updated and confirmed to the rear of 366 Prescott street. Units on scene with perps fleeing into a basement apartment. ESU on scene operating. Various pieces of technology deployed. Building evacuated and residents secured as possible suspects. ESU cleared building and basement. Detectives investigating and securing the building. Several people detained and transported to the detective division for investigation. CIU processing scene with ESU resuming patrol.
