Jody , this was a question that the dept of Justice is having a hard time working with. becasue of the vast amount of paper work thats involved a simple typing error gets it kicked back.

Also since the Justice dept is the one making the final decession they dont have alot of people assigned for this task.

The Atterney General is supposed to follow up on this matter and respond back to Congress. During his testimony he really did not have a clear thought on this matter.
