Forum View Setting?

when i view a topic, all the reply's are condensed into links at the bottom, is this a new feature for everyone or is it just a setting on my end?

It's a setting on your end.

On top of the thread (topic), the dark blue bar underneath the "Add Reply" and "New Topic" buttons, click "Options" -> Display Modes and choose/click on "Standard View"
