ALL SKILL LEVELS WELCOME

Recognized as the leader in police communications training, PowerPhone has taken its acclaimed Law Enforcement Dispatch curriculum to a whole new level.

The National Institute of Justice estimates that 87% of police officers are injured or killed prior to the arrest phase. A properly trained emergency telecommunicator can help protect these officers -- plus preserve evidence and assist victims.

Fully updated to feature the latest techniques and thinking, our Advanced Law Enforcement Dispatchâ„¢ class trains students to help victims and responding officers in three very powerful ways:

Gather critical details on any law enforcement incident.

Pass on information to responding officers so they don’t enter a scene “blind.”

Give options to callers in need of immediate help.
