Description: Purchase FD was dispatched to a motor vehicle accident with extrication. State Police comfirmed the extrication while en-route. Off-duty FDNY units reported that the person involved was heavily entrapped. Armonk Fire was placed on stand-by in their quarters. Units arrived on scene to find one patient trapped in a two door Acura RSX. Heavy damage was found to the roof of the vehicle. Patient was stablized and extrication efforts began to remove the driver side door. Patient was removed and transported to The Westchester Medical Center ALS.
