5 posts in this topic

Nationwide interoperability frequencies for public safety have been long established, but for some reason they're not widely known or used.

So.. Here they are. I've found mixed reports about whether PL's are to be used or not. The PL I found was 156.7hz.

V-CALLING: 155.75250

V-TAC 1: 151.13750

V-TAC 2: 154.45250

V-TAC 3: 158.73750

V-TAC 4: 159.47250

UHF: [simplex or repeater]

U-CALLING: 453/458.21250

U-TAC 1: 453/458.46250

U-TAC 2: 453/458.71250

U-TAC 3: 543/458.86250

800mhz: [simplex or repeater]

I-CALLING: 821/866.0125

I-TAC 1: 821/866.5172

I-TAC 2: 822/867.0125

I-TAC 3: 822/867.5125

With the 800 MHz rebanding, the I-TAC 800's area going to change. I have the new ones down somewhere and I'll post them when I find them.

Post Rebanding, the I-Tacs will be:

I-Call- 851.0125

I-Tac 1- 851.5125

I-Tac 2- 852.0125

I-Tac 3- 852.5125

I-Tac 4- 853.0125

Repeater inputs will still be the standard +45MHz split, PL will still be 156.7 for all channels

A big Thank You to Nextel for making such a lovely mess...
