1410hrs NRFD dispatched to 41 Lockwood Ave for possible fire on 6th Floor (ENG 21, 22, 23, TL11, L12, Res 4, 2302)

1412hrs ENG 21 on scene reporting nothing showing building evacuated.

1413hrs CAR 2302 reports employees reporting fire. Units making they way upstairs. requesting 4th engine. (ENG 24). CAR 2301 on location.

1414hrs CAR 2302 asking for ambulance with rush (30A2).

1418hrs CAR 2302 reports main body of fire knocked down by sprinklers. Using all hands. Companies checking for extention.

41 Lockwood Ave is a 6-7 story OMD Adult home

1427hrs Fire appears under control. ENG 24 is back service
