Description Of Incident: Sightseeing helicopter made an emergency landing in the Hudson River between the West 40's in Manhattan and Weehawkin, NJ- just north of the Lincoln Tunnel. All (8) POB's were removed from the water by (2) private vessels and taken to the Circle Line dock at W. 42/43 St. NYPD Harbor secured aircraft to a breakwater on the NJ side. No injuries reported.
