Whelen 295SL100 Siren

I guess this would go here...I was wondering if this is how the whelen 295SL100 siren came. Does the manual 2 (Electronic Q) really come with this siren? Or did this guy modify this or somthing? I thought the Federal signal EQ2b was the firts electronic Q siren to come out with all the talk about it. Anyway take a look...manual 2 sounds pretty good lol:
